Hello Reader, I was once intimidated to try free-motion quilting. It felt overwhelming to me at first. I wasn't sure where to begin. As a matter of fact, I quilted my first quilt by hand before I knew a thing about quilting! I first tried to quilt it on my domestic machine, got frustrated, and decided to quilt it by hand. After that, I told myself I would never make another quilt again. My desire to make quilts did not go away, so I joined a guild to learn from others! And boy did I learn! We all went to the Dallas Quilt Show, and I was amazed at the artistry of the quilts. I was particularly interested in the free motion quilting.
